Taylor Dorey’s pro model is a competition tuned board. The Impulse is designed with increased thickness – 3/4” inches in the middle, tapered to 5/8” nose and tail. The result is easier release off the top of the lip plus float and recovery when riding on the back of the wave. A consistent outline creates a smooth transition while driving up the face of the wave as well as increased surface area on a shorter board.
